In love with the Tens shock treatment device! Fairly cheap and seems to relieve shooting nerve type pain. I wish I had bought this years ago

I just fell in love with an inversion table...

Was that hard to get used to?

@Howitstarts23 Loved it the very first time, but I can only do brief stints. Looking forward to this new routine! I slept like a log and woke up feeling taller.

I found my TENS to be helpful after I sustained nerve damage to my lower back after a bad fall down a flight of stairs, my physiotherapist has a similar device but it goes deeper and at a different frequency apparently, much better. Use what you have though and if you can get your hands on a deep tissue massager like the Thumper it can help alleviate some of the muscles spasms that can aggravate nerve pain.

I'm currently using the Quell. Definitely better than TENS I've used before, but pricey.

Yeah they are awesome! I used to max out the one at the chiropractor's office, it felt so good. Still not as good as my kratom for pain though.

What’s kratom?

@Donotbelieve is it the same as moringa?
I’d never heard of it, interesting....

@Donotbelieve And now, I'm afraid of it....

@Nottheonlyone they want you to be afraid of it so they lied a few times and told people it was true. It's a dried leaf from a tree related to the coffee plant. You can't overdose on it like you can pain pills. No depressed breathing. The FDA isn't liking it much since we have a few million people using it now, safely.I can find you links that are a lot more truthful

@cyndiann I'd read them.

@Nottheonlyone [cnn.com]

@Donotbelieve some people use kratom to stop using other drugs. It kills withdrawals really well. You probably did see someone high, someone who didn't want to do it anymore so they were trying to detox. I've helped a few people through withdrawals using kratom. Kratom really doesn't have a high to it, just a feeling of well being.

@cyndiann Thank you.

I had one that someone abscounded with-probably a home health aide. They work for a while but pain can be progressive.

I figured I need to enjoy it while it lasts!
