I agree. Another democratic institution destroyed.

I voted for Hillary.

Sotomayer is a radical left wing piece of shit so what do you expect?

You're mistaken, Trash-jan. Sotomayor is realistic. The stink of shit comes from you.

Actually, nothing from certain detractors on this site, who are adamant about trashing anything from our democratic system and are determined to prove their overt racism.

It is nominally fair for her to warn her fellow justices. I really am surprised as how stupid these people are. Did they not realize that tampering with Roe would paint a bullseye on their backs? Do they not remember Prohibition? I can guarantee that their ruling won't stand, even if it might take some time. The ruling will not stop abortions, but will simply drive them underground.

Such thought are outside their thinking abilities. Power makes fools of too many. I am curious how Kenji B. Jackson feels about joining this group?

@JackPedigo It appears the GQP Justices have an ugly agenda. It's sad that she faces the prospect of sitting on a court that will be remembered for their religious extremism, if, somehow, there is history to be written.

@racocn8 She still has company, though. I also noticed Roberts wasn't among those against Roe V Wade. [news.yahoo.com]

Sotomayor thinks the court's reputation is still alive??

If they overturn RvW, it will be interesting how this might affect the mid-terms.

It might empower the MAGA idiots.

@JackPedigo Tbey will be anyway. We do out number them, and even a lot of Republicans don't want it overturned. Except on occasion, the Dems don't get out in numbers for the mid-terms. Maybe this will do it.
