What about leg press?

@Shelton Yeah, I switched from squats because leg press is much easier on the back and knees. Plus it looks really good when you can leg press a rhino's weight lol

At the age of 81, I work out on 13 different weight machines, from 120 to 360 pounds, depending on the muscle group.
