This podcast blew my mind. Sleep is possibly the most important thing for humans. I will be making some pretty significant changes to improve life quality and longevity. Take a look if you are interested, it is quite long but maybe one of the most important things I've learned in awhile.

When on the road sleep is deeply affected which can cause behavior changes.
