We had the same thing in our last Gubernatorial election. The incumbent, Jay Innslee was running for a third term. His opponent (who became the republican candidate) was some fool Loreen Culp [culpforcongress.com] He was from the more conservative part of the state with no political experience whatsoever. This state has not had a republican governor since 1985 and the vast majority of state officials are Democrats. Sometimes it seems republicans throw some idiots name out for comparison and desperation and they are not a serious contender.

@JackPedigo That is what they do with presidential candidates too. They choose sme feckless fool or criminal who is likely to be easy to manipulate or bribe.

I have an off the subject question. I lost access to agnostic on my laptop, phone and I-pad. It just won't load even when I enter the password. I have asked admin several times but nada. Do you know how one gets it on an I-phone?
