So it's right for a community that gets subsidized by the state (being tax free) gets to suck more money and perks from that same state. So people of other religious beliefs or no beliefs has to help pay for others to be taught how they are 'special' and the rest of us are wrong. This is just more proof of how SCOTUS has become a mockery of our democratic system.

It is unreasonable to expect people who are ignorant of the distinction between fact and fiction to be able to distinguish between secular education and religious "education".

So what you're saying is that the term religious education is an oxymoron. Okay!

I mostly attended public schools. One year I attended an Episcopalian parochial school and it was a highlight in my elementary level education. It had high educational standards and lay teachers. I even enjoyed chapel in the morning and the loud pipe organ. The next year I started at a Catholic school for three months which sucked horrifically and my dad quickly pivoted me back into public school. Not sure what the moral of that story was but I saw the best and worst of parochial school. I got confirmed at that Episcopalian church, found nothing in it, but had fun throughout my junior and senior high years attending youth group meetings instead of church services. They didn’t beat me over the head with religious indoctrination. I had fun.

Absolutely, outside of reading what does a so called religious education have, very little to due with daily life!!!

Just like fairytales an religious education is just a bunch of novel fictional stories supposedly to show ethical and moral consequences, in reality these stories presents so many taboo antisocial actions and deeds that are in actuality neither moral or ethical!!!

The separation of church and state is based upon the reality of logical concepts and common sense values,
Not the so called written words that have been used to push so called moral and ethical practices by a small groups of greedy power hungry individuals almost entirely male, who have voices speaking to them within their heads dictating god(s) words and/or commands which can not be substantiated by any formal legal means!!!

Those religious education words and unsatisfactory written deeds and unsubstantiated events as spewed as religious law and used as religious education are not and can not be acceptable as any form of education and legal societal laws!!!

How about art education?
