The Wimbledon Womens final this year will be contested by a Russian born woman (and citizen until 2018) now representing Kazakhstan; 23 year old Elena Rybakina.

On the men's ticket, looking likely unvaccinated Novak Djokovic will contest the men's final.

Those who supported the banning of Russians at Wimbledon this year, plus cheered Novak's expulsion from Australia earlier this year must be crying in their safe spaces. Funny as and sweetly sweet ironic.
