Kenya used to be an open minded, pretty liberal country. It has gradually regressed and the present people in authority are shamefully closed-minded.

I'm curious as to how they can have a National Gay and Lesbian Rights Commission, and then threaten people with long jail terms for being lesbian. Is it actually a government agency, or non-governmental? Seems like a non-sequiter.
The Kenya board of film censorship is a quasi-governmental, official body in charge of "protecting" morality. It seems to have become stuffed with religiously "righteous" prigs. (Did I perhaps misspell that last word?)
Isn't that happening all over the world? Somehow the money people and those too stupid to know they are being played have taken over everywhere. Just now people are fighting back.
It's that damned god, Mammon, again!
@Petter snort!!
@MissaDixon Many of them do, using a rolled-up, high denomination banknote.
