If Russia is so horrible, why is former Russia/eastern block countries who are the leading declining in population greater than anywhere in the world, today ? I've been to Russia and USSR several times and had a good time. Why the 100 year hate from the US?

What does a population decline have to do with anything?
Is this the growth rate, or an absolute decline? (I sincerely doubt it's a decline in real population numbers.)
Russia itself, for that matter, is losing population; their birth rate is 1.5 children per woman, below replacement rate.
Finally, I'm not sure what you mean by "hundred year hate". The Cold War didn't start until 1946, with Churchill's "Iron Curtain" speech. Even then, we had several different eras of detente. I would argue there was equal "hate" on both sides (remember Kruschev's promise to bury us?).
Currently, I don't know that anyone in the U.S. "hates" Russia. Putin is a different story, and he's well worth hating what with poisoning and jailing political opponents, making himself president-for-life, destroying the free press and free speech, invading his neighbors, trying to rebuild the Soviet empire, etc. But even then there are Americans who apparently LOVE him. Trump and Hannity, for starters.

Germany, Japan, Canada Switzerland and many more have a lower birth rate than Russia. Which is a good thing lowering world population and creating better stadard of living for independence and individualism. World's greatest decline shows people are not happy with the system.
US hatred started from the 1st war world and with UK and Germans. Calling them godless people and commies. Is godless bad or being more socialist than communist bad for Russians. Wail I'm still unvaxxed and can't travel out of Canada. There was a time, I didn't like USSR, funny how thing turn reverse.
Not seen in Canada advertise about Ukraine everywhere and flood the media encouraging war ever. Violence will not ever stop violence or war stopping war, it just a war racket for the wealthy.

The charts shows the people are less happy in Eastern block countries as of today.
Not sure as of your last question. Since fall of the block countries, US has been the super empire. Now we will see the G7 who wants to own everything, that is 10% of the world's population. Stand up to the BRICS which nearly 50% of the world population. Westernized nations can't stop China from being the next superpower. I take no stake on either side of the war racket. I say my peace, live well with nature and practice my love and give kisses and hugs.
I see Japan on the list because they work 10 hours more per week than we do. Albania was shut off from the world for decades.
