I have come to the conclusion that marriage is not worth it. With the divorce rate so high and blended families, what is the point. The expense of a wedding could go to better and more practical things.

A commitment is only as strong as the amount of effort put into it. A strong one can last a lifetime.

Dude, it's a lot classier just to say that you wouldn't buy a pair of shoes without trying them on first. At least here, everyone knows what you mean.

But now that you mention it, I'd go a step further. I think that the couples who live together before marriage are more likely to stay together longer.
