From what I understand it is a real phenomenon. Hard to trace who is behind it. A puzzlement for sure, and scary to know something so untraceable exists, with lifelong harmful affects, besides the immediate discomfort and pain. Sounds like torture.

I hope our CIA (or whatever powers that be) know more about it than they are letting on and can prevent this type of attack from happening, or develop a shield of sorts or a some disrupter. I only know of it from news reporting and podcasts talking about it.

I remember that when they first started experimenting with radar, back before WW2, they used to find cooked seagulls dead on the ground. The early prototypes had a very high energy level, and the seagulls liked the fact that it made them feel warm at night, so they came in ever closer, until they got heat stroke, and then it was too late to escape.

The spooks, world wide, have their toys they play with. To admit that they have these toys is to admit there are active spooks in the world trade/dominance game.
errr that is a classic oxymoron hey?

1. The reports seem consistent with directed energy weapons (microwave or ?).
2. The 'reports' that they cannot find a cause or responsible parties imply that all those complaining are either liars or psychosomatic. Neither conclusion makes sense.
3. Those in power have decided to leave these poor people in the cold, twisting in the wind, rather than expose what is actually happening. Possibly because the U.S. engages in similar tactics.

I have. The symptoms are real but the CIA doesn’t think it was a microwave type device causing the mental and physical problems.
