In the case of a patient with ailments COVID pushed over edge, did COVID "cause" it? Yes. They may still be alive had they been vaccinated.. Did the hospital get extra money? Yes. Are the two linked? I don't know. How can you be so sure?

What they called a 'virus' that was that alleged to be proximate cause
of a number of symptoms they grouped together under Covid 19 was
a genetic sequence modeled by the Chinese In silico. They never had
an actual isolated virus to test for.
A positive PCR test was never an indication that someone was
actually sick with something. There are other things that can
account for many of the symptoms they attributed to CV 19.
