By settling for less, both sides avoid the costs of further litigation.

Dominion blinked. The trial would have been very illuminating. The money will irk evil Rupert, but in the long run make little difference. Maybe the other cases against Faux will accumulatively hurt Faux. Maybe.

They might have been in court for years, and appellate courts often reduce the amount of the award. So they accepted $¾ billion...not exactly pocket change.

I'm very disappointed with Dominion. It turns out the nation was of zero factor in their suit. It was all just about them.

We got to see all those texts and emails, so it's not a total loss. 😂

Faux News is soon to be rebranded as Fucks News.

“Fucks” is too fuckin ambiguous. I like Faux News.
