Not only Christians, but "Progressives" too!

@Thibaud70 Maybe you are confused. Being a Progressive in America relates to a political view and not a religious one.

@DenoPenno Maybe you are confused. Some political views , especially on the "progressive" side, are virtually indistinguishable from religion.
80 years ago it was fascism, 50 years ago, it was marxism which served as a kind of "secular religion", today it's "Social Justice Theory": it offers people a Big Picture full of meaning and purpose, it gives them a good cause to fight for, it creates vibrant and determined communities, and it has rituals by which members , who consider themselves somewhat superior, celebrate their cause.
