What, in your opinion, is the worst decision of the Roberts Court? Dobbs? Citizens United? Carson v. Makin? New York Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen? Other? Why?

I don't know if we could ever unfuck everything that happened because of Citizens United, but Dobbs seems much worse to me.

To me it seems like Dobbs has immediate adverse effects for people, but Citizens United has the potential for more harm in the long run. And Dobbs is having the beneficial effect of spurring liberals to vote. With Citizens United, on the other hand, money can nullify or head off votes, or change them to favor the rich and their corporations.

@Flyingsaucesir Yeah, so I gave it some thought and I knew there was the potential for CU to create an environment where people would die as a result. But it seemed to be this amorphous chain of events type of thing that could be the cause of death, but only if certain things did or didn't happen. There's not a direct line, CU being the singular and definite cause of death for people. With Dobbs there is. So if you're one of 99% of Americans hurt by CU, it sucks, but if you're one of the women (or their loved one) who died definitely because of Dobbs, it's very easy to think it's the worst decision this court has ever made.
