This means that the wine or grape juice is actually changed into his blood at communion if you are Catholic. For all others it is still grape juice. Jesus turned the water into wine but everyone cannot drink it. Keep in mind that drinking blood and eating the flesh of another was thought to make you just like that person. There was a time that this was literal and not just symbolic.
