I did go to my doctor's office today. Not to see her, but to question a total denial of services performed last November. The clinic had no clue what it meant. Coming home again, I called the HMO provider. It seems they must have got new help recently. Someone thought the clinic was an "out of network" provider. We only have one clinic. LOL

Aetna admitted their mistake and I told them I wanted corrected copies for everything they had sent me as "out of network." We need to all watch our medical billing.
