A cryptocurreny with no clear exit. People seem to never understand that crypto is gypto. Nothing more than a pyramid scheme with fake money. To make sure we get a profit we will pretend it is real. Crypto becomes real only if your government is using it to back up their paper and coin monetary system.

@DenoPenno bitcoin is still better than the dollar because: there are a fixed number and they can't be printed like dollars out of thin air. Although not backed by gold or any asset, it is a better alternative to the dollar
@Communistbitch The US dollar is backed up by the full faith and credit of the United States. That's a lot more than can be said for any crypto currency.
Ultimately, the only value that any thing has is the value that people, more or less arbitrarily, place on it.
Crypto CAN be made out of thin air, but it takes a hell of a lot of energy to do it. Energy that today comes mainly from burning fossil fuels, which contributes to the global warming crisis.

Indeed the only way anyone got money off of crypto was either by getting in super early before anybody knew what it was, or by orchestrating a pump and dump scheme. If you are into crypto right now you are way too late and you are just throwing your money in the toilet.
