Sooo, it is early February in Connecticut. When i was a kid my Dad built us an "authentic" igloo that fit 3 of us and it didn't melt for close to a month.
Just 30 years ago i have pix of snowdrifts Over the 5' high porch in my current house.
Yesterday, 6th of Feb. it was the 5th sunny day in a row with temps in the 40's and as i walked my yard cleaning up fallen branches and so forth, i spied this: Daffodils coming up
Note: i tried 5 times to post a photo of them, they are about 5-6" high already, after 3 tries the option to upload a photo was no longer even shown!!!!!
This site hates me.....i easily sent pix to a friend living in NH, currently under around a foot of snow, and to another website with no problems...so frustrating!!!!
Anyway, no global warming here......(sarcasm!!!!)
UPDATE: HA!!!! I outsmarted the site, i think, i went back about 3 hours later and it shows me a photo is here, however it has a big red X on it, does anybody else see it?

No red X. I forgot how to upload. I am doomed.

The red "X" in the upper right-hand corner of the picture after it uploads but before you post is to remove the picture so you can replace it...

Well...I guess the groundhog was correct for you. Spring is early this year. 😉 No red X. Nice pic. 🙂

My snow bells started blooming in the middle of January here (Philly suburbs). Normally they do that in early March. I see crocuses and daffodils starting to poke through the soil, and the forsythia has buds on it. Robins never leave for the winter anymore. :'(

I don't see a red X at all.

Thanks for telling me! I still have no idea what it was about.
