Does anyone put much stock into, finding a penny heads and having good luck?

Nope. Not myself.

I did have a friend who if he saw a penny on the ground and it was tails up, he'd turn it over, for the next person to fine it heads up. i didnt' believe it made any difference, but I liked his intentions.

Of course not. I don't believe in god so why would I believe other superstitions?

I still like finding pennies, face up or down.

No. I just celebrate the fact that I found a penny. Tails up is just as good.
