When l get home from a gig or just hanging out and l meet someone, l write the name down when l get home. When l go out again l look at the name or names and their face or faces will pop into my head.

Nicely done! I'm horrible at that. I hate starting a new job because it takes me forever to learn everyone's names.

Isn’t just about everyone bad with faces and good with names?

Good job!
Whenever I'm introduced to someone, I immediately forget their name.
It doesn't even register.

It might be genetic. I'm one of 5 kids and my mom would go through all of the names before she finally just said "whatever your name is."

There are ways of getting around forgetting someone's name, but remembering is a triumph.

@pepperjones if it a girl I say hey there groovy girl or hey there if it a guy. Works fine.

Nice job! I'm great with faces, but horrible with names. Birthdates also. I hardly ever remember any of my kids (or mine for that matter) birthdays.
