Do we go somewhere when our time on this earth ends?
Energy cannot be destroyed, only transmuted. We are electro-magnetic beings. Our souls arise from this electronic interaction. So after we die, something happens to that energy. My personal "faith" is that it goes to a place or dimension that meets other energies (I call it the Guff). We "learn" in that place, and then when we come back we sometimes have memories. This is the source of the "past lives" phenomenon. If you want to learn more about the science behind this that has already been proven, read "The Field" by Lynne McTaggart. If you want to learn about a clear documented case of "Past life" read "The Search for Grace" by Bruce Goldberg. Mind blowing.
I believe that the electron neurons and protons and atoms return to the universe in which we came and are utilized to where they are needed most...
Radio waves are still traveling long after the broadcast. The universe is always expanding.
Yes, I think death is only the beginning. But everyone is entitled to their own spritual beliefs and opinions.
I don't believe there's anything left to go somewhere, other than our bodies, which everyone else already pointed out.
I believe in the science that our memories and thoughts are electrical impulses and because electricity travels and doesn't die than this life is a journey. Where too next?
When the generator stops, the electric stops
So when we die our thoughts and memories stop.
Our energy is either transferred to the worms or contribute to global warming.
