@puff ISIS is of course, (Even assuming this report is true. ) a brand name, rather than a well regulated from the centre organization, and anyone can use that name. It is probably plagued by breakaway groups, and alternative groups, all no doubt calling themselves the "true" ISIS, it is a religious group after all. So that you are likely to get all sorts of mixed messages, as different groups jockey for advantage. One of the reasons of course why ISIS does not take Israel on, is simply because its defences are very strong, and it is probably seen as Hamas business, why go against a hard target when plenty of other cannon fodder is available.
