Global sea level rise is global, what is happening at one location is governed by all sorts of factors, in many places on Earth the land is rising. With China and India putting new coal fired plants on line very regularly I doubt it’s going to matter what we do. I think oil and gas will be around for quite some time yet as they are both cleaner than coal. It’s going to take some time to make all the vehicles electric.
