She won't set a trial date. She won't rule on whether Trump can claim the records were "personal" under the Presidential Records Act (it doesn't apply, but it could sway a jury to acquit). She's already been reversed twice by the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

IMHO we are seeing the weaknesses of the legal system exposed.

Credit where credit is due, it seems to be a darned sight stronger than the political system πŸ˜‚

She should never have been made a judge in the first place. Bloody Republicans will appoint anyone to be a judge if they are party hacks. Fruit of the poisonous legal system tree.

She is clearly biased! Crooked FL Judge.

We waited too long to prosecute Trump, everyone associated with him and all in the Jan 6th riots. We have supported Biden Admin all along but the justice has not been delivered and efforts have been very slow, cases have become stale even for people to be angry in Nov about what had happened. Just hate in either side will not win elections. The Federal AG has not been effective. If Democrats had done what Trump and insurrectionists did, all those Democrats would have been behind bars last year.

At least learn from your enemy. I like Democrats for their issues but they are weak leaders, let alone role models.

I don't know about weak. It takes real strength to do things right, to respect rights, to follow the law, build consensus, forge mutually beneficial compromises.

I guess she’s hoping if Trump would win in November she is guaranteed a SCOTUS appointment at some point.
