Actually, 1947 was the year, in December. Immediately following the ‘Partition’ announcement, covert intelligence gathering transformed into overt ETHNIC CLEANSING operations! Six months later, after murdering, pillaging and displacing a quarter million people, the terrorist Palmach, Irgun, Hagana and Stern Gang entities proclaimed themselves to be a “state”, in May of 1948.

The seven months following that event saw more carnage, mass-murder, confiscation of property and ‘resettlement’ into camps for another half million indigenous people.
