Thanks to the Supreme Court's "conservative" supermajority running interference for Teflon Don, there will be no more trials until after the election. (Assuming, of course, that the fascist loser loses in November, an increasingly likely outcome now that Kamala Harris has replaced Joe Biden as the Democratic candidate for president.) There will, however, likely be briefing and fact finding relating to Jack Smith's superceding indictment in Judge Chutkin's D.C. courtroom before the election. Stay tuned.
