When I was in the uk, I wore an AB’s lanyard to work, identifying as a kiwi.

A Black workmate who I was talking to about a case looked sideways at it, then said nothing. She had seen the word “Blacks” on the lanyard and not clocked what it was actually referring to.

When I came back, there were boards saying “Black to Black” referring to the hope of a second victory in the RWC. Only in NZ….

I think it was a Twitter hashtag as well, #blacktoblack.
