CMOS battery is a 2032 button battery most often and can be replaced in a matter of minutes.... You can usually find them in almost any store hardware, drug or even grocery... I have rechargeables I bought off EBay because I use them for a lot of different reasons.

@Lizard_of_Ahaz But how do you replace it on an All-inOne PC? I do want to replace it and use the old PC as a back up.

@silverotter11 unscrew the back cover and remove the old battery carefully then replace it with the new one and replace the cover.
