Trump is just the United States latest aspiring dictator. Europe, Asia, South America and African countries all have their own, some more successful than others.

Kind of hard to do as a bipartisan project when one party abhors science and logical thinking.
We can educate the ignorant, but only if they are willing to learn, but there is no fix for the stupid, and they are still allowed to vote..
