Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Unfortunate that the boy was hit by a parcel and died but this is the method used to drop in aid for people in this sort of situation. It sort of reminds me of a program years ago to get mothers of newborns to use an artificial milk product for their children rather than breast feed. All you had to do was mix the product with water but the targeted area had no real drinkable water.
