Nah. There's Mother's Day, Father's Day, Siblings Day, Grandparent's Day, Friendship Day, Prayer Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Earth Day, Presidents Day, Adopt a Dog Day and 50 bazillion other Name a Day's to choose from. Gotta fall into at least one category!

At first I thought "What a silly comment." Then I realized that I'm sure there are women who do want to be mothers but for whatever reason cannot conceive. With that in mind I can see where there could be pain for some people on those days.

Discrimination in the form of exclusion.
And father's day? Just create a day for non-parents.

Discrimination != negative
Not at all. If you're offended that people would show love and gratitude to the women who bore them and/or raised them, you probably have serious self-esteem issues.

Your birthday actually discriminates out people that were born at any other time and/or that are other people than you, since it is Your birthday.

You could say that about any special day. It's going to be discriminatory against someone or other. Do I feel discriminated against because of Christmas or Passover? Not particularly. We should leave others to do what they wish. (Assuming it doesn't infringe on others' rights and lives.)
