Since I have never believed in a god, I make do like I always have. I worry about everything I have to do, then make a plan to achieve it.

I have no problem making it through the night.

Sleep lots of sleep.

I sleep or message my bosses.

Video games, a book or alcohol until I pass out.

I’ve heard that question for many years… and unfortunately, found out.. No answer will ever come from any concept of god. Community, friends and loving relatives can help, but ultimately - whether you believe in some god or not - what it takes has to come from within.

I made it, some don’t.

I throw myself into activities that get my mind off of things. I write, draw, paint, or I call up a friend. I have had to do that for the past few weeks. Mental illness is a bear.

Oh sure you can! ???? I still have a lot to learn. ????

Get undressed, climb in bed and check in on Agnostic.com, of course. And rest in the knowledge that my life is in my hands and not some mythical malignant being making decisions about my fate.

the knowledge I've been down that path before, and I always have come out OK. I am strong and resilient, and my kids are there for me. And then Benadryl, alcohol, and other substances to help me sleep, Probably especially the fact that when I was a believer I had the same issues, which is part of the reason I no longer believe.

NyQuil...hehe...I play guitar or play with my cat or create some jewelry. Which is what I do when times are easy, too.

Good friends, family, faith in myself, and the knowledge I've always figured it out before. A big bag o'weed doesn't hurt either, when available.

I don't smoke the devil's lettuce, but it is legal here in Oregon.

I always try to remember to do the next right thing, then I just sleep like a baby.
