Three things urgently need to change:

  1. Dangerous sulphuric acid must be made illegal for sale to the public. There have been over 500 acid attacks in the UK between 2016 and 2017 and the number is rising.

  2. Inciting someone to choose suicide must be made a crime in its own right, whether directly or indirectly.

  3. The right to end one's own life with dignity must be enshrined in law.

All of these points fit into this harrowing story (linked below) which also brings up the issue of domestic abuse. Men and women need more support.

I don't understand people like that. They are so selfish and unconcerning toward other people. Her actions took his life away. How is that not murder?

Yes, there is. I agree.

But they are also separate too. This poor man still had to travel to Switzerland to get the end he wanted.
