1..No enrichment of Uranium.
2..Their troops to be withdrawn from Syria.
3..No missiles to land on the Golan heights
4..To reign in their influence in the middle east
The rest i didn't catch,but sanctions will be imposed on any European countries continuing to do business with Iran.

They need not worry about the US standing by its word any further also. They would do all the above just because they are nice? We need to have stayed in the deal. Why trump is trying to destroy the US is an enigma for most but for me it is what his task is.

Quid Pro Quo, Iran should do the same provided that the US and Israel do the same.
- Get rid of all their nukes
- Withdraw all their troops from foreign nations in the Middle East
- Stop bombing and missile strikes in the Middle East, particularly in Palestine
- Reign in their expansionist influence in the Middle East
I'm sure there is more but since none of it will be done does it even matter?

The first demand should have been for Iranian government to sign all agreements so that they should become binding to them.
