right, I ran around for hours trying to find ways to get passed the National Guard and Civil Defense to get some good pics. I got home and realized I didn't have to go anywhere at all.

@NothinnXpreVails well there is the whole class A felony charge if they would have caught me. I did make it past and all the way to where the lava crossed the highway, but it was still day light and the pics are just gray, and hard to see clear through the heavy vog. I was wearing a gas mask, but my skin was itchy.

@NothinnXpreVails No it's real. During a disaster and evacuations inorder to discourage looting they raise the tresspass charge to a class A felony. Look it up. There has already been people charged with it here. Big Island now web site has reported it. The lava fissures are in the Lailani Estates Subdivision, and they have it on lock down. I was able to get in through the back entrance, the road has been blocked of with big water filled barriers but on a motorcycle it was easy to get around. I'll add the video I made to my photos, you can see at the end of the video I cross over a police line and my bike is sitting there.

@NothinnXpreVails If it's BS then I guess that the news, fliers, and cops don't know that. I wouldn't be surprised if it's all propaganda trying to keep people out, but they have arrested a man and charged him with 5 class A, and 1 class B for tresspassing.
