Take the car keys, when he passes out, put him on his belly and turn his head to the side just in case he barfs. If there are underage people drinking on your property, do not let them leave. Even Marijuana has side effects,killing your drive to accomplish and do things. My 50 year old step son was into drugs at the age of 10,the succession of youth authority,jails,prisons effectively halted his maturity,so now here he is,no skills,with girls who look like "Scum of the Earth".
