What's a 'fly' illness? As far as the nail fungus goes, good luck with that. This is very hard to cure. Otherwise this vinegar does have a lot of positive benefits.

It has taken many warts off my daughters hand. Soak it and wrap it overnight for a couple weeks and they fall off no pain.

I don't buy Bragg's - it's too expensive. Instead I buy Biona which is a fraction of the price. The "mother" is a gimmick. It's just apple fibre.

I use it to make vegan mayonnaise, but mostly I use it for acid reflux.

It feels counter intuitive drinking vinegar, but it really helps with reflux. I swear by it.

I use plain white distilled vinegar to kill weeds on my gravel pathways. Dunno about this other stuff.

Not many people know this, but it also makes a wonderful dressing for salads and chips. 😉
