I have a question for the guys and gals opinions welcome as well. Some time ago on one of the dating sites I got a message from a man who's profile looked really good to me. Lots of similar interests. For several years I wore my hair long, I got it cut 2 years ago September. There were picture on my profile with both the longer hair and current short style. His main question for me was what length my hair was. When I told him short I never heard from him again. Why is hair length a deal breaker?

I appologize for the behavior as a man. i usually say thanks but no, just to be polite. and each of us has a type, but just in exchanging emails, it really shouldn't have mattered. long hair short hair, its about the person. i actually preferred my first wife with short hair. she had a sexy neck and earlobes, but its her hair. she gets to wear it no matter what i think, and that is perfectly ok with me. its the person under the hair that matters. one old man's opinion lol

I can only speak for myself, it's never been an issue. And i can't think why it would?

Same as a beard on a man

It may not of had nothing to do with that at all. I think a lot of the times people disappear on dating sites is with so many choices they simply move on to another profile that’s more interesting.
