Leslie Jones was compared to a gorilla. Personally I prefer gorillas. But the reference has special conotations for some of our citizens due to our country's history. I took more offence with the ISIS reference, but I was not the focus of the joke. Ms. Jarrett has grasped the significance of the moment. An opportunity to address the seething, underlining issues that continues to fester. We are in the process of lancing the cyst that is bigotry. Draining the oozing toxins that infect our culture & make hypocracy the enemy of our beloved, living Constitution.
