So interesting that this is from the 50's especially considering that our country still had not enacted civil rights laws. Superman was ahead of his time but where is he now? I too am dismayed at where our country is headed. This current rhetoric and unacceptable behavior seems to not only be permissible but also expected. Trumpism will go down in history for many negative reasons. His band of culturally outraged followers who want a return to 50's ideas of racism, homophobia, mysogeny, and to Make America White Male again has to be stopped
