He was saying, "it's good we can finally see THESE PEOPLE for what they really are". I said (brightly and chirpily), "You mean racist? Like Rosanne?" He was like "NO, Samantha Bee. She called our President's daughter a very bad word." Oh well, I tried. I give up. There's no cheese down that hole.
