Some systems will try and read your resume and fill it in automatically. Never does it actually work.

Every company has a database system so they can search and analyze hundreds of resumes. So, they want the information in a standardized format. Thing is, everyone's standardized format is different from everyone else's. Some, will read your information off of LinkedIn, but those don't often work either.

What I find frustrating, is that if you don't have a degree, all of the college hours you do have, don't mean a thing.

I'm sorry you're going through this but I'm so glad I don't have to job hunt nowadays.

I'm right there with you. Spending an extra 30 minutes on each application when it should be as simple as upload and done. I'm never going to get hired at this rate...
