Guiliani: Trump Couldn't be Indicted if he Shot Mueller
Above The Law?
This is a prime indication the Constitution needs to be revamped. It is long overdue and an idiot like this may show how desperately that is needed. There was a comment on NPR this morning about 2 guys running for a state supreme court seat. These guys had been disbarred and the question was could they still run. It was shown a ruling from 1916 showed that a disbarred member was not able to run. DUH!
Is this not the way it is? A President can not be indicted while he is in office? The solution is that you impeach him. Then you can throw anything at him.
Thing is though. You can not do that during this period, cause Mike Pence is way more dangerous. Trump is just making diversions, while they change as many positions as they can. With Pence as the main man we may get some nuclear crusades on top of that shit.
This is another political stunt to deflect our attention from the real criminal and pander to his base. I swear this is looking more like a batman movie every day. The white house is filled with ridiculous cartoonish super villains!
In some ways he already pardoned himself. He has fired almost everyone that was investigating him...
Guilliani is no fool. He is a lawyer presenting his client's case, and will do so as long as he is paid or can be in the limelight. IMO the only things that will keep Trump out of prison is a pardon by the next president or Trump becoming dictator. There is a good chance the Dems will impeach him, in spite of their donors.
Guilliani's been spending too much time with the GROPER. He's losing all reason.
