Sean Connery IS James Bond! Daniel Craig, close second. Pierce Brosnan - handsome but not the right fit. Roger Moore -- too prissy. Everyone else, go home.
Best theme - Goldfinger. Full Stop.

September..my sentiments exactly....Peirce is to pretty... Connery and Shirley Bassey all the way!

While I do quite enjoy the exploits of Daniel Craig I have to say one of my favorite Bond movies of all time was. "You Only Live Twice".Sean Connery was the greatest. The theme song was done by Nancy Sinatra. "Skyfall" was a favorite if mine as well though the Theme sung by Adelle was masterfull,y done.

Yes..my favourites too. You only live twice..& Connery..love Sam Smith & Skyfall by Adele..still love Shirley Bassey.. cheers great choices..

She sang Goldfinger, and McCartney sang live and let die.
But Guns 'n Roses did their own cover, which was generally very well received.

@Hitchens Me too.l also liked 'Nobody Does It Better' by C Simon. My favorite Bond movie is From Russia With Love. A little grittier than most Bond movies.

@Hitchens It's entirely possible. But he'd have to be standing on a chair for him to be the appropriate height. He's only about 4ft tall.......

Themes; I watched an interview with Jimmy Page. At 19 he was in a session band called "the wrecking crew." When asked what tracks he remembered from this time. There were so many I don't remember most of them but Shirly Bassey on "Goldfinger" sticks in the mind because she fainted at the end of singing it."

I thought she was very sexy myself. Amazing lady..incredible voice..

Definitely Sean Connery but I think Daniel Craig has done a good job. I like him better each time I've seen him. Songs are tough. Of the older ones, Live and Let Die and the newer ones Skyfall.

Hi Bee, agree with you on both Bonds..Craig had to put his own stamp on it after a shaky start..

To be honest I like most of the songs.

Connery has always been my favorite but I think Daniel might be winning my heart. SPECTRE was an incredible movie and showed sides of the character unseen since Connery. Goldfinger is still the most chilling of songs but moved to #2 for movies.

Yes Daniel has made his mark after a slow start.. I love the Sam Smith song and the Adele song Skyfall too.

Connery is the best, I admit it. But the story behind Bronson makes him my favourite.

Song? So many good songs. But I'm going to have to go with Wings doing Live and Let Die.

Just don't ask me to pick a favourite movie. They're all awesome in their own way. Even the Dalton movies. OK, maybe not the Dalton movies. 😉

I 100% agree about Connery, Peirce Brosnan was born and raised in the town I work in actually. Navan. I think all the movies are great in their own way... The music scores are also difficult to choose from. I suppose Goldfinger Shirley Bassey is one of my favourites though.
