Propane or charcoal for summer grilling?

In the spirit of summer I was wondering what others thought was the superior grilling method, charcoal or propane?

I don't grill. I might roast a few ears of corn and yams, though, but NOT wrapped in dangerous aluminum tin foil.

Charcoal for flavor, by a long shot. Propane is a nice convenience though, especially when time is in short supply.

Obviously, propane and propane accessories. (Because I like instant gratification and charcoal takes to long.)

As Hank Hill would say, if you're going to use charcoal I'll have to politely ask you to leave.
