I'm taking Ambien to help me sleep at night.

Bad news: Side effects include possible hallucinations.

Good news: I just had lunch with John Lennon.

Try magnesium. The body needs it. It's good for the brain. It's a muscle relaxant and it's only side effect is it will keep you "regular." A little cup of camomile tea after you take doesn't hurt. Ten minutes of meditation helps, too.

Tried that ambien, didn't like it, had a rotten attitude the next day. Retired now less stresses, I watch tv, read a book, sleep in the day.

After getting a prescription and taking it a couple times, I had a near "out of body" experience... thought I was floating a couple feet above the bed. Stopped taking it. Wish I'd gotten Lunesta, it works like a charm!

Do not...please?
