So far we have discovered life on one planet - this one.

As far as we can tell, the laws of physics apply across the universe that we know, so with our current understanding of how things work, even if there are self-replicating compounds on other planets, the chances of them coming to visit are pretty slim.

But I still love science fiction!!!

Aliens on Earth now or in the past, mythical. Aliens elaewhere in the Universe, possible because we are here, but as yet no evidence for.

Define aliens. If you’re thinking of those things from the movies, probably not. I believe that it’s highly likely that there is life of some kind, be it microscopic or further evolved flora/ fauna. After all, there are billions of planets in the universe. This is why we search for these so-called “Goldilocks” planets, of which we’ve identified hundreds already.
