When I lived in Chicago I belonged to a Humanist dating group. It was nice to be surrounded by people of a similar mind set. The problem was that there were mostly men, so when a cute girl showed up there would be a flock of men around her. One girl told me she was very uncomfortable.

Chances are she's not, though, because she doesn't know any of you, so chill. This is why women don't like social functions at which we're outnumbered.
