Typical zealot nonsense. The phrasing could mean a hundred different things; we all, in fact will be destroyed by time. I just think of people like this as delusional and, in this case, pandering to his constituency.

The writer of this article puts words in the man's mouth. He's no more truthful than the man he's criticising and he's being an asshole by trying to get the man punished for his message. No one wins with lies and accusations. If you want to change anything, learn to treat people respectfully and honor the truth.

The whole thing is inappropriate, but the spirit of the message was not a call to violently kill nonbelievers, as the headline suggests. He quotes Hebrews 10:39, which equates nonbelief with cowardice, and thus being destroyed (the implication being that cowardice in belief and action makes you out of favor with god, and thus causes you to be destroyed). I don't think anyone reading that message--believer or not--would take that as a call to violently kill nonbelievers. At best it was a passive aggressive attempt at proselytization.
